Dr. Thomas Hertweck ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in Forschung und Lehre am Geophysikalischen Institut (GPI). Er ist ein Mitglied der Arbeitsgruppe Angewandte Geophysik und in die meisten Aktivitäten der Gruppe involviert.
Bevor Dr. Thomas Hertweck an das KIT kam verbrachte er mehr als 12 Jahre in der seismischen Industrie, u.a. als geophysikalischer Forscher und Softwareentwickler, Manager für Forschung und Entwicklung und Leiter einer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung.
